What type of positions do you have available?

Available positions are constantly changing.
Some of the positions which we hire for are the following:
Call Takers (Customer Service Representatives/CSRs)
Service Coordinators (Dispatchers/DSRs)
Accounting and Human Resources Positions

What are the hours?

Our office hours are from 8 to 5pm, Monday through Friday. However, depending on the time of year and your job requirements you may be required to come in sometimes earlier and/or stay later than the standard 8 to 5.

How do I know if I’m the right fit for a Call Taker / CSR position?

Our Call Takers are the first people in contact with our customers. They answer all phone calls and take customer information. They need to know the right questions to ask; in order for our Service Coordinator to send the right technician or plumber to the job. Our Call Takers need to be able to listen and emphasize with our customers and not become upset when the customer is frustrated. They need to remember the customer is usually not in the best of moods when they call us, because something with their heating, cooling and plumbing systems is not working properly. (Warning: This is not a receptionist job.)

How do I know if I’m the right fit for Service Coordinator / DSR position?

The Service Coordinator is responsible for our technicians and plumbers schedules. They need to know the skill sets of each technician and plumber as well as the locations they service. The Service Coordinator needs to be very organized and able to think strategically. They need to be able to work in an environment where everything is not black and white. They also need to be able to handle instant changes to the schedule and work around it. Jobs sometimes take longer than expected and this can mess up multiple schedules for the day. In this case, the Service Coordinator needs to able to still take care of our customers.

How do I know if I’m the right fit for an Accounting or Human Resource position?

People who take on our Accounting and Human Resource positions need to be very procedurally orientated and organized. In the world of accounting and human resources, it can be very black and white. Attention for detail is a must, as these positions handle the majority of our internal and external paperwork.

What is the training is available for these positions?

Our customer software program does provide free webinars to help the employee to learn how the program works. The software is also set up so they can learn our software through a tutorial mode. The employee can now play around in the software and not mess up any of our customer or accounting files.
We also have procedures written down for the majority of all the job duties. This is used when learning a new task and also as reference for when a reminder for task not performed on a regular basis.

What is the pay like for these positions?

Pay varies on many different variables. From experience in a similar job positions to what the job duties required are. These positions are hourly and full time. They include vacation and holiday pay. We also provide health insurance and 401(K) plans.
